-Can I edit or modify my order once it’s been submitted?

-I am ordering a gift for someone.  Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes!  Gift wrap is free of charge.  Add “gift wrap” when checking out, and we will be sure to make your purchase beautiful!

-Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes!  We are available via phone during business hours, as listed on our website. Please call us at our corporate office at 401.849.6612.

-I bought something recently at one of your boutiques but don’t see it online. Can you help me find what I’m looking for?

Yes!  We are happy to assist you in finding what you love. Please call us at our corporate office at 401.849.6612 or email us at Contact@karolrichardson.com.

-Can I redeem my KR gift certificate online? 

At this time, we are unable to accept gift certificates as a form of payment online. However, we will gladly redeem your gift certificate in-store or over the phone. Please stop in, or call our Corporate Office at 401-849-6612 for assistance.


RETURN POLICY

 

-What is your Return Policy?

Full priced merchandise can be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned. Shipping fees are not refundable.

-How do I handle a return?

To return an item, please use the enclosed return shipping label that was shipped with your purchase. Adhere the label to the return package. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Once completed, an email with a copy of your refund receipt will be sent to you.

-MAY I RETURN SALE MERCHANDISE?

Any sale merchandise is considered a final sale and may not be returned.

Shipping/Billing

 

-DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we ship to the 50 states only.

-Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Karol Richardson uses UPS for shipping all merchandise.  We can only ship to physical addresses.

-Do you ship/deliver on the weekends?

We are able to ship packages Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.

-How long will it take for me to receive my merchandise?

Orders generally ship within 3 to 4 business days after they have been placed. Selecting an expedited shipping method will change the amount of time in transit however the order processing will still require 3 to 4 business days to complete.

-When will I know my order has shipped?

A UPS tracking number will be emailed to the address on file once your order has shipped.

-What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

No. Special orders are non-refundable and may not be returned.
