KR Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.  

• At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.

• Karol Richardson can only ship within the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam.

• We cannot ship to PO Box or APO/DPO/Military addresses. We do not ship internationally.

• Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 7-10 business days for an order to be processed and shipped.

If you should decide to refuse any shipment from Karol Richardson, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost as well as returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
